CHI LUXE Diamond Foundation is a touch-up treatment developed for all hair and skin types. This balm provides hair with luxurious hydration and shine without buildup or added weight, ideal for reducing frizz and flyaways while protecting the hair from UVA/UVB rays.

Directions: Take two fingers and rub until you acquire desired amount of product. Work product into the hair from roots to ends. May be used on wet or dry hair and skin. Use as often as needed. Not tested on animals.
